September Update

September is setting up to be a great month for me professionally and personally.
I, like most, adore the Summer months. The long, warm, sunny days provide us with opportunities to travel; be more active; explore nature; and socialize perhaps more than the other seasons. As we turn the page of the calendar we know Autumn is right around the corner. School is back and the lush greenery is fading, along with our motivation and activity level.
Now is a critical time in the calendar year to continue to practice the methods that keep you healthy and energetic. Do your best to not let your mobility dwindle, or your social life suffer. Your body needs to move and we need to keep the Winter blues at bay without the warmth and sunshine to motivate us.
However, should you find yourself becoming more stagnant and your body is signalling the need for treatment, I encourage you to listen. Fall and winter are times where you may need to lean on your practitioner a little more to keep things moving and feeling well. I am motivated to help by providing effective and personalized treatment, as well as tips and tricks to guide you through the end of 2022, and into 2023.
On a personal note:
My wife and I are expecting the birth of our first child this month. Baby’s due date is September 16th, so whenever the little bundle of joy decides it is time, I will be taking two weeks off to spend time with Baby and help with the transition, and make sure mom is comfortable for the weeks ahead.
Although online booking will be unavailable, PLEASE CALL our offices if you are in need of treatment!
I have communicated to our staff and receptionists that I will do my best to accommodate patients. If mom and baby are adjusting well, I will open up pockets of time throughout my second week off where I can offer bundles of treatments.
Thank you very much in advance for your understanding during this time. I am super excited for what’s to come and the new challenges and blessings that parenthood brings. But I am also more motivated than ever to help keep you moving; feeling healthy and reach your goals.
Healthy Regards,
Sincerely,
Nick Nicodemo M.OMSc
